Istanbul On Wheels is a mobile Turkish food trucks serving authentic, fresh, traditional Turkish meals made from our own family recipes. We trade accross Brisbane and beyond at markets, events, festivals, caterings, pop-ups, and community gatherings, bringing our signature menu to hungry locals and food lovers.

Istanbul On Wheels was born from the passion of Turkish Bakery Brisbane (established in 2008). We proudly became Brisbane's first Turkish food vendor, bringing the authentic flavours of Turkey to local markets and events.

As the first Turkish food vendor who baked fresh, handmade Turkish Pide & Gozleme, we have crafted our own unique recipe, staying true to tradition while using only the finest, freshest ingredients.

Founder and operator, real Turkish chef Alp, brings over 35 years of experience in the Turkish culinary world. 

Alp brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to our menu. 

His passion for cooking is evident in every dish he creates.
